Assertiveness course

Mrs. Metzger takes every Monday and practices with Us, how to prevent disputes and fights. By behaving properly is already. This is not easy, but you can learn it and we take great care while. It strengthens our self-confidence and gives us tips, how we can focus on our goals, without being distracted us.

The result is often dispute, because we can provoke us, Mrs. Metzger we learn to stay cool, the need to constantly practice and train with one, but a bit we can already.
It is great, that we are usually divided into boys and girls groups - so we can show our strengths more.
